I deliver online training sessions to enable fundraisers to grow income and develop their knowledge and skills. Each session is informed by insight from on going discussions I am having with 60+ charities on how coronavirus is impacting fundraising; what’s working; and how to adapt. Best practice in Major Donor fundraising. Recording and slides available to download below

This online training course covers the building blocks your organisation needs to successfully undertake major donor fundraising: how to identify major donor prospects; how to plan and deliver effective cultivation steps; and successfully solicit for gifts. Best practice templates for donor meetings and donor development plans are supplied alongside the slides and recording.

I led the Major Gifts’ teams at Mencap and Shelter and have experience of building major donor programmes from scratch and securing six and seven figure gifts. The session gives top tips and practical tools on how to develop long term relationships with major donors and maximise their support. The session highlights how it is possible to bring on board new major donors even during the pandemic, via video cultivation and solicitation.

The session is relevant for charities considering setting up a major donor programme; fundraisers working in Major Donor teams looking to build their expertise; and for those looking to transition into major donor roles.

The session costs £65 to download. You’ll receive the recording, chat string content and slides. To order, click below or email cmilesconsulting@outlook.com
