This may include responding to your query or feedback, or sending you relevant information, such as proposals for consultancy services, information on sector trends or case studies/testimonials from other clients.

This may also include information on other consultancy services we could provide to you or related sector information and case studies which may be of interest to you.

Where it is appropriate and relevant, and you have provided us with a telephone number or a postal address, we will occasionally call or write to you to discus your enquiry about consultancy services or to discuss the agreed consultancy work contracted between us. We do this as we consider it is a legitimate interest to deliver the consultancy services being considered or contracted between us.

We may ask you for testimonials or case study information on consultancy work with have carried with you. We would then share this on our website, social media feeds, press articles, presentations at conferences and potentially with other future clients via email and face to face conversations. We will ask your permission to use information about your organisation in a case study, and agree copy with you before publishing it on our website, social media feeds or sharing it with other clients. We may ask you for testimonials and will agree quotes with you before sharing them on our website, social media feeds, in articles and in discussions with other current or potential clients.

You may ask us to amend or delete any case studies or testimonials relating to your organisation’s work with us at any time via contacting us through the details in the ‘Contacting us’ section above.

Sharing your information with other organisations

We will never share your information with third parties for their own purposes unless this is explained to you at the time we collect your information, you give us your permission to, or we are legally required to do so, or we have another lawful basis for sharing such information.
